At KuKirin Scooter, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance ride. If your scooter doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the scooter to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the scooter in its original box including all chargers, tools, and manuals to ensure it is protected during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
